  • What is MP width?
  • MP (metacarpophalangeal) width is the straight-line distance across your large knuckles at the base of the fingers, measured across the back of the hand with fingers together.
  • Check your measurements against the size options and select Small, Medium, or Large in Left or Right.

Sizing Guide

  • MP width: With fingers together, measure straight across the back of your hand at the base of the fingers (across the big knuckles).
  • Hand length: Measure from the base of your palm to the tip of your middle finger.
  • Check your measurement against the size options and select the size your measurements fit within.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Open all color-coded straps.
  2. Place your forearm on the dorsal shell and rest your hand on the rigid finger platform; position the thumb comfortably.
  3. Secure the wrist and forearm straps first, then the hand and finger straps until snug (not tight).
  4. If instructed by your clinician, warm and mold the thermoplastic insert for a gentle therapeutic stretch.
  5. Recheck finger color and sensation after a few minutes; loosen if numbness, tingling, or color change occurs.
