Sizes / Style

  • Choose your configuration before purchase:
  • Size options:
  • Child: MP width 1.75–2 inches; hand platform length about 7 inches.
  • Youth: MP width 2–2.25 inches; hand platform length about 8 inches.
  • Adult: MP width 3.5–4 inches; hand platform length about 13.25 inches.
  • Hand: Left or Right.
  • What is MP width?
  • MP (metacarpophalangeal) width is the straight-line distance across your large knuckles at the base of the fingers, measured across the back of the hand with fingers together.
  • Check your measurements against the size options and select Child, Youth, or Adult in Left or Right.

Sizing Guide

  • MP width: With fingers together, measure straight across the back of the hand at the base of the fingers (across the big knuckles).
  • Hand platform length check: Measure from the base of the palm to the tip of the middle finger and note whether it aligns best with ~7, ~8, or ~13.25 inches.
  • Check your measurement against the size options and select the size your measurements fit within.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Open all color-coded straps on the forearm, wrist, hand, and fingers.
  2. Place your forearm on the support and rest your hand on the palmar platform; position the included palmar roll under the fingers as directed.
  3. Center the wrist and align the hand; secure the wrist and forearm straps first, then the hand and finger straps until snug (not tight).
  4. Use the recommended palmar roll size to gently increase finger extension over time; switch to the next larger roll only as directed by your clinician.
  5. If molding is prescribed, have the thermoplastic insert heat-molded by a clinician for a customized stretch. Do not heat at home.
  6. Recheck finger color and sensation after a few minutes; loosen if numbness, tingling, or color change occurs.
