  • Measure to the nearest 1/8 inch
  • Check your measurement against the size options and select the size that your measurement fits within
  • Choose left or right based on the affected side.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Open all straps
  2. Place a thin, seamless stockinette or sock on the forearm/hand if recommended by your clinician
  3. Slide the hand and forearm into the orthosis: align the wrist in neutral, place the thumb in the thumb opening, and center the palm on the hand platform
  4. Secure straps in this order: forearm, wrist, then hand/finger straps
  5. Tighten until snug—not painful—so the brace stays in place
  6. If your model has finger tension bands, apply gentle, even tension to bring fingers toward a resting curl
  7. Start low and increase gradually per clinician guidance
  8. Have the wearer gently open/close the hand and flex/extend the wrist
  9. Recheck skin, comfort, and circulation after 10–15 minutes
  10. readjust as needed.
