Sizes / Style

  • Select size by measuring the width straight across the MP (knuckle) joints; use brace length as a general fit reference.
  • Available for left or right hand.
  • XS: fits MP joint width up to 2.5 inches; brace length ~10 inches.
  • Small: fits MP joint width 2.5–3 inches; brace length ~11 inches.
  • Medium: fits MP joint width 3–3.5 inches; brace length ~12 inches.
  • Large: fits MP joint width 3.5–4 inches; brace length ~13 inches.

Sizing Guide

  • With the hand relaxed, measure straight across the knuckles (MP joints) from the outside of the index knuckle to the outside of the little finger knuckle.
  • Keep the tape level and snug, not tight. Record the width to the nearest 1/8 inch.
  • Check your measurement against the size options and select the size that your measurement fits within. Choose left or right based on the affected side.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Open all straps. If recommended, place a thin stockinette or sock over the hand and forearm.
  2. Position the hand on the brace platform with the wrist in neutral and the thumb in the thumb support.
  3. Secure straps in this order: forearm, wrist, then hand/finger straps. Tighten until snug but comfortable.
  4. Use the “Bend to Fit” feature as instructed by your clinician to fine-tune wrist and finger resting position. Make small bends and recheck comfort.
  5. After 10–15 minutes, inspect skin and circulation. Readjust strap tension if any pressure points occur.
