Sizes / Style

  • Choose Left or Right hand and select your size by metacarpus (hand) circumference:; Small: 15–17 cm (about 5.9–6.7 inches); Medium: 17–19 cm (about 6.7–7.5 inches); Large: 19–22 cm (about 7.5–8.7 inches); XL: 22–26 cm (about 8.7–10.2 inches)

Sizing Guide

  • Measure around the metacarpus (hand) circumference at the level of the knuckles, excluding the thumb; Match your measurement to the size chart and select left or right hand; If between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort over swelling or padding.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Open the straps and slide the brace onto the hand so the ring surrounds the base of the thumb at the CMC joint; Seat the brace so the web space is comfortable and the thumb is aligned in a neutral, functional position; Fasten the straps until snug, not tight, allowing full finger motion and normal circulation; Grip and release an object a few times; readjust as needed for comfort and stability.
