Sizing Guide

Use a soft tape measure and wrap it around your waist at belly button level
Choose OSFM if your waist is 22 to 55 inches
Add the extender panel if your waist is over 55 inches or if you want extra overlap up to 65 inches.

How to Wear / Fit

Center the back panel on your lower back so the brace sits level at the waist
Wrap the front panels across your stomach and fasten the closure
Use the dual-pulley tabs to tighten evenly until snug but comfortable
Adjust the chest strap so it supports without pressing on the throat
Check that the brace has even contact all around and stays level when you sit and stand.
