How to Wear / Fit

  1. Wear the brace over a sock
  2. Loosen the laces and pull the support up over the foot with the heel in the opening at the back
  3. Tighten the laces from the bottom to the top

  5. The brace should fit snug but not so tight that it restricts circulation
