Sizing Guide

Stand relaxed and find the middle of your kneecap
With a soft tape, measure your thigh 6 inches above the kneecap
Match your number to S/M or L/XL above
If you’re between sizes, size down (the sleeve is stretchy).

How to Wear / Fit

Slide the sleeve up from the ankle to the mid-thigh
Center it so the middle sits over your kneecap
Smooth out any wrinkles so the fabric lies flat under your brace
Put your knee brace on over the undersleeve and snug the brace straps as usual
Recheck comfort after a few minutes
adjust brace straps if the sleeve compresses and settles.
