  • 1) Calf circumference: 6 in. below the center of the kneecap
  • 2) Thigh circumference: 6 in. above the center of the kneecap
  • If between sizes, choose the larger size.
  • Size Chart:
  • XS: Calf 10 to 12 in., Thigh 13 to 15.5 in.
  • S: Calf 12 to 14 in., Thigh 15.5 to 18.5 in.
  • M: Calf 14 to 16 in., Thigh 18.5 to 21 in.
  • L: Calf 16 to 18 in., Thigh 21 to 23.5 in.
  • XL: Calf 18 to 20 in., Thigh 23.5 to 26.5 in.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Hold the brace by the hinge pockets and pull over the knee
  2. Center the kneecap in the opening
  3. Keep the ReflexWing buttress against the side of the kneecap
  4. Pull the bottom strap around and fasten
  5. Repeat with the top strap
  6. The buttress should push tightly against the kneecap
  7. Optional: heat-mold the CustomFit hinges for a personalized fit
