The OCSI DynaPro AFO L4396/L4397 from Brace Direct is designed for managing moderate to severe ankle and foot contractures and spasticity. This PDAC-approved ankle-foot orthosis (AFO) includes a soft interface material and offers customizable therapeutic support. Available in both custom-fitted (L4396) and off-the-shelf (L4397) options, it provides dynamic or static therapy without the need for heat molding. The flexible insert accommodates up to 45° of plantarflexion, while the elastic straps and calf extensions allow for adjustable stretching. A pressure-free heel design ensures all-day comfort, and the non-skid bottom enhances safety during weight-bearing activities or assisted transfers.
