Sizing Guide

Stand relaxed and find the middle of your kneecap. Measure your thigh 6 inches above the kneecap and your calf 6 inches below it. Match both numbers to the size chart for your best fit
If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for easier adjustment
Choose Medial if your pain is on the inner side of the knee near your opposite leg, or choose Lateral if your pain is on the outer side of the knee farthest from your opposite leg
The hinge placement depends on configuration: outside for Medial and inside for Lateral to relieve pressure on the affected knee compartment.

How to Wear / Fit

Before application, set the hinge to 0
Sit with your knee bent to about 30 degrees
Open the wrap and position the brace so the single upright runs along the side you are offloading—outside for medial or inside for lateral
Center the front opening over your kneecap
Secure the lower calf strap first, then the upper thigh strap, followed by the remaining straps until snug but not overly tight
Pass the rear straps through the plastic rings, tension evenly, and fasten them onto themselves to prevent rotation
