How to Wear / Fit

  1. Slightly bend your elbow. Place the strap on your forearm about 1–2 inches below the elbow crease with the pressure pad over the sore tendon area (outside for tennis elbow, inside for golfer’s elbow).
  2. Wrap the strap around the forearm and secure the hook-and-loop closure.
  3. Tighten until comfortably snug to create targeted pressure—supportive, not painful.
  4. Move your wrist and elbow through a few motions. Re-adjust if needed and check that skin color and sensation are normal.
