Sizes / Style

  • Universal fit: adjustable telescoping bars fit leg lengths 17–28 inches.
  • Fits up to 28 inches thigh circumference and up to 16 inches calf circumference, with room for post-op swelling or dressings.

Sizing Guide

  • Measure around your thigh at the thickest point above the knee; it should be 28 inches or less.
  • Measure around your calf at the thickest point below the knee; it should be 16 inches or less.
  • If both measurements are within these limits, this brace will fit and adjust to your leg length (17–28 inches) after purchase.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Unlock the telescoping bars and adjust the brace length so the hinge centers line up with the center of your kneecap on both sides; re-lock the bars.
  2. Set the ROM dials to your provider’s prescribed extension and flexion limits.
  3. Position the thigh and calf cuffs so pads are flat against the leg. Open all straps.
  4. Secure the upper thigh strap first, then the lower thigh strap. Next secure the upper calf strap, then the lower calf strap. Tighten until snug and even—do not overtighten.
  5. Stand, gently bend and straighten the knee to verify the hinges track smoothly and the brace does not slip. Re-adjust straps for comfort and check that circulation remains normal.
