"I have a size 5 1/2 W foot, I bought the brace for my Achilles tendonitis. The ankle part fits fine and supports well. I experienced a problem with the arch support part of the brace. The trouble for me was that my foot seemed to be too small to hold the support under my foot arch without moving. It was very uncomfortable, so uncomfortable that I had to send it back. I would only say here that if you have a smaller foot this may not be for you even though the sizing description says otherwise."
