  • Regular: fits thigh circumference 16–20 inches and calf circumference 14–18 inches

Sizing Guide

  • Sit or stand with your leg relaxed
  • Find the middle of your kneecap
  • Measure thigh circumference 6 inches above the middle of the kneecap
  • Measure calf circumference 6 inches below the middle of the kneecap
  • Check your measurements against the size options and select the size where both thigh and calf measurements fit within the listed ranges.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Open all straps
  2. Position the brace so the patella opening is centered over your kneecap and the hinges run along the sides of the knee
  3. Wrap the lower calf portion and fasten the straps, then wrap and fasten the upper thigh straps
  4. Tighten each strap until snug and supportive without pinching
  5. Ensure the patella stabilizer rests comfortably around the kneecap
  6. Bend and straighten your knee a few times and walk a few steps
  7. Re-adjust if needed and verify normal circulation (no numbness or discoloration).
