How to Wear / Fit

Set ROM: Open the hinge covers, insert the flexion/extension pins or stops to your prescribed angles on both hinges, and close the covers so both sides match.
Open all straps. Wrap the brace around the knee and align the hinges with the centerline of the knee; secure the bottom hook-and-loop tab first to hold position.
Wrap and secure the top tab around the thigh, keeping the hinges centered on each side of the knee.
Thread the bottom strap through the bottom D-ring and tighten until snug.
Thread the top strap through the top D-ring and secure. Re-tighten both straps for even compression. Walk a few steps and readjust if the brace slips or feels too tight.
