Measure thigh circumference 6 inches above the mid knee and calf circumference 6 inches below the mid knee.
XL: thigh 18–20 inches; calf 15–16 inches.
2XL: thigh 20–22 inches; calf 16–18 inches.

Sizing Guide

Measure your thigh 6 inches above the mid knee and your calf 6 inches below the mid knee.
Use a flexible tape; keep it level and snug (not tight) while standing.
Check your measurements against the size options and select the size that both measurements fit within.

How to Wear / Fit

Remove the hinges from the brace. Open the ROM covers, place the pins to set your prescribed flexion/extension, ensure both hinges match, then reinsert them.
Unfasten all Velcro. Wrap the brace around the knee so the hinges line up with the center of the kneecap on both sides; secure the bottom Velcro tab.
Wrap the top portion around the thigh and secure the top Velcro tab, keeping the hinges aligned and the brace snug.
Thread the bottom strap through the bottom D-ring and tighten to secure.
Thread the top strap through the top D-ring and secure. Readjust straps as needed until the fit is supportive and comfortable.
