Sizing Guide

Stand upright and measure around your natural waist at the level of your belly button.
If your waist measures between 24 and 50 inches, use the standard configuration.
If your waist measures between 50 and 70 inches, attach the extension panels for added circumference.
Adjust the telescoping shoulder straps up to 13 inches to match your height and torso length.

How to Wear / Fit

Loosen all straps and the shoulder harness before applying.
Center the rear panel over the spine with the lower edge resting just above the hips.
Wrap the side panels forward and fasten the front closure snugly.
Slide arms through the shoulder straps like a backpack and adjust the height using the telescoping mechanism.
Pull both side tabs forward simultaneously until desired compression is reached and secure them to the front panel.
Check that breathing is comfortable and that the brace feels supportive but not restrictive.
