  • Stand upright and measure around your natural waist at the level of your belly button.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Loosen all straps and the shoulder harness before applying.
  2. Center the rear panel over the spine with the lower edge resting just above the hips.
  3. Wrap the side panels forward and fasten the front closure snugly.
  4. Slide arms through the shoulder straps like a backpack and adjust the height using the telescoping mechanism.
  5. Pull both side tabs forward simultaneously until desired compression is reached and secure them to the front panel.
