Sizing Guide

• The ComforTrac Cervical is a universal fit device. No circumference measurement is required. Neck wedges are manually adjusted by your clinician to 1 of 5 positions to fit the back of your head and neck. The slide stand adjusts to 10, 15, or 20 degrees of cervical flexion as directed by your clinician. Upper cervical region = 10 degrees (slide stand in upper position)
• Middle cervical region = 15 degrees (slide stand in middle position)
• Lower cervical region = 20 degrees (slide stand in lower position).

How to Wear / Fit

1. Lie down on your back, Placing your neck between the neck wedges
2. Press and hold the release button on the pump while applying gentle downward pressure to the head carriage to confirm it is in the starting position
3. Place the forehead strap around your forehead and adjust for a snug fit
4. Reposition your body so that the base of your head fits firmly between the neck wedges with no gap
5. Begin gradually pumping until the recommended traction force is reached (as prescribed by your clinician, Never exceeding the prescribed amount)
6. Monitor the pressure gauge throughout. If the reading drops, Slowly pump back to the desired force
7. Hold for the prescribed duration (typically 10 to 15 minutes)
8. When treatment is complete, Press the release button to release traction
9. Release the forehead strap and relax for a couple of minutes before removing your head from the device.
