Measure your calf circumference 6 inches below the middle of your kneecap
Keep the tape level and snug, not tight

How to Wear / Fit

Unfasten all straps
Sit with your knee slightly bent
Center the hinge over your kneecap
align uprights along the sides of your thigh and calf
Close the thigh cuff, then the calf cuff so they are evenly snug
Fasten straps using the Pivot Point tabs, alternating thigh and calf, until secure but comfortable
Adjust valgus/varus and ROM (flexion/extension) stops only if directed by your clinician
Stand and walk a few steps
recheck strap tension and comfort
Ensure normal circulation (no numbness or tingling).
