  • Measure leg length from floor to groin: Standard fit for patients 5 ft 5 in. to 6 ft 4 in. (1.65 to 1.92 m) tall
  • Measure calf circumference 15 cm (6 in.) below mid-patella with leg fully extended
  • Small: 12.2 to 14 in. (31 to 36 cm)
  • Medium: 14 to 16.75 in. (36 to 43 cm)
  • Large: 16.75 to 20 in. (43 to 51 cm)
  • XL: 20 to 24 in. (51 to 61 cm)
  • Select Medial or Lateral based on the affected knee compartment

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Open all straps and loosen the brace fully
  2. Slide leg through the brace with the hinge at the side of the affected compartment
  3. Align hinge with the center of the knee joint
  4. Fasten the calf strap using the color-coded quick fit buckle
  5. Fasten the thigh strap using the color-coded quick fit buckle
  6. Adjust the SmartDosing dial to your desired level of unloading and comfort
