Sizing Guide

  • Stand relaxed and find the middle of your kneecap.
  • Using a soft tape, measure your thigh 6 inches above the kneecap.
  • Measure your calf 6 inches below the kneecap.
  • Match both numbers to the size list. If between sizes, choose the one with more strap reach.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Open straps. Center the hinge at knee midline; align the front opening over the kneecap.
  2. Secure the bottom (calf) strap, then the top (thigh) strap; snug the remaining straps (snug, not tight).
  3. Adjust the unloader (varus/valgus) to offload the painful side as directed.
  4. Set ROM stops (extension/flexion) per your clinician. Re-snug after a short walk if padding settles.
