Sizing Guide

  • Measure around the widest part of your upper arm (bicep) with your arm relaxed.
  • Measure around the fullest part of your lower arm (forearm) about 2–3 inches below the elbow crease.
  • Check your measurements against the size options and select the size where both your upper and lower arm measurements fit within the same size range.
  • If one falls between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Open all straps.
  2. Position the brace so your elbow lines up with the hinge center.
  3. Wrap the inner cuffs around the upper and lower arm and fasten the straps from the forearm up, snug but not tight.
  4. Use the air pump to slowly inflate the air bladders until the brace feels supported and gently stretching—never painful.
  5. Set the ROM hinge to the angle recommended by your clinician; lock or limit motion as directed.
  6. Recheck comfort and circulation (no numbness, tingling, or color change).
  7. Adjust air and straps as needed, then walk or move the arm gently to confirm a secure fit.
