Sizing Guide

Straighten the hand as much as is comfortable
Locate the MP (metacarpophalangeal) joints—the big knuckles at the base of the fingers
Measure straight across the knuckles from the outside of the index MP joint to the outside of the little-finger MP joint
Check your measurement against the size options and select the size that your MP width fits within
Then select left or right hand.

How to Wear / Fit

Open straps
Slide the hand onto the palmar support so the fingers rest comfortably over the air bladder and the wrist lines up with the Bend-to-Fit wrist support
Gently mold the wrist support for comfort and neutral alignment
Secure the wrist and forearm straps first, then the finger straps until snug, not tight
Use the air pump to slowly inflate the bladder for a gentle Low Load Prolonged Stretch (LLPS)—supportive, never painful
Deflate as needed for skin checks and comfort.
