Sizes / Style

  • Small: fits thigh circumference 15.5–18.5 inches.
  • Medium: fits thigh circumference 18.5–21 inches.
  • Large: fits thigh circumference 21–23.5 inches.
  • XL: fits thigh circumference 23.5–26.5 inches.
  • 2XL: fits thigh circumference 26.5–29 inches.

Sizing Guide

  • Stand with your leg straight and relaxed. Locate a point 5 inches above the center of your kneecap on your thigh.
  • Wrap a soft measuring tape around your thigh at that point. Keep the tape level, snug, and not overly tight. Record the circumference in inches.
  • Check your measurement against the size options and select the size your measurement fits within.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Open/loosen all straps and padding. Sit or stand and center the brace so the hinges sit on the sides of your knee with the middle of each hinge level with the knee joint.
  2. Position the cuffs so the upper shell rests on the thigh and the lower shell on the calf. Make sure the brace is not riding on the kneecap.
  3. Secure the straps in the recommended order (usually bottom calf, top thigh, remaining straps). Tighten until snug and comfortable.
  4. If prescribed, set the ROM dials to your provider’s flexion/extension limits. Walk a few steps and re-adjust straps for comfort and to ensure good circulation.
