"I purchased this unit pre-surgery for a shoulder replacement for pain relief and to reduce inflammation. I love how compact it is and not too heavy when filled with water/ice! The temperature is constant and cold enough to be very effective. I fill the unit mostly with ice in the morning (a small amount of water) which lasts me all day running on 3-4 60-minute intervals. There was a slight issue with one portion of the tubing so I contacted customer support via email. They responded IMMEDIATELY and are sending me new thermal tubing. I highly recommend this ice therapy machine and would purchase any unit from this company!"
