  • Measure around the lower abdomen at the widest point below the belly button.
  • Use a flexible tape measure while standing.
  • Small: 31 to 37 in. (78.74 to 93.98 cm)
  • Medium: 36 to 48 in. (91.44 to 121.92 cm)
  • Large: 47 to 68 in. (119.38 to 172.72 cm)
  • If between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort during pregnancy.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Place pull tabs 2 in. from the back panel of the brace.
  2. Pull the ends of the belt away from each other to fully extend.
  3. Center the back panel low on the back.
  4. Wrap the brace around the abdomen, Right side overlapping the left.
  5. Slip thumbs through pull tab holes and pull away from body to tighten.
  6. Secure the pull tabs back down on the brace.
  7. Adjust compression by loosening or tightening pull tabs as needed.
